Cookie timestamp is wrong on wireshark

Hey all,

 

I've been trying to set up cookie persistence in my big ip vmware lab, i captured the http return packet below and it keeps getting the time wrong. I'm setting the expiration to just 2 mins.

The date is correct but im creating the cookie at 21:40 and it keeps shows 18:29 hence I think the browser just ignores it?
