Cookie insert via HTTP::header

Can't quite get the syntax right for my http:header insert

This creates a cookie named accessibility with a value of true

when HTTP_RESPONSE { HTTP::header insert "Set-Cookie" accessibility=true }

However I can't figure out how to add the params for domain and path?
