Converting FTP to FTPS using BIGIP?

I have a FTP server runs on port 21 with no encryption (No SSL), Now i want BIGIP do the following

 

1)BIG-IP receives SSL request from client

 

2)BIG-IP sends the request to Non SSL FTP Server

 

3)FTP Server sends the response back to BIGIP

 

4)BIG-IP relays response in SSL handshake mode

 

Or BIG-IP can act as Bridge between TWO FTP servers
