Contexts and certificates.

Would the CSR generated from one of the contexts of 7200v be valid for generating security certificate which will be used for another context ?

We had encountered CSR issue while decoding SAN CSR in f5 V11.4.1HF7. After decoding it should return SAN value but it was showing 

Data
value only. 

        Subject Alternative Names: Data:

However generated SAN CSR in other version, Decoded also & all were good.
