Connection error

Folks,

 

Can anyone help me how to troubleshoot this- Connection error: ssl_hs_rxhello:7664: unsupported version (40) Connection error: ssl_passthru:4060: not SSL (40)

 

What does the above error mean? The users are not connecting to an application we configured on F5. When checked the logs we found multiple entries for above two connection errors? From the users' perspective they are seeing Can't reach this page - make sure the web address is correct. We configured the VIP as SSL bridging with cookie persistence and http profile. Any input in this will certainly help.
