Hi Pihu,

From the log 

not SSL (40)
, I assume the traffic coming to your virtual is not a ssl traffic traffic. Hence this error.

Can you share your configs here. Both 443 and 80.

Also check on the http Virtual (80), if it has a redirect to port 443 (https).

If 80 virtual is not present, have it created too with redirection irule http2https.
