Configuring SSL certificates
Hi,
I am running licensed F5 LTM VE 11.x in vCloud environment. I need to install the SSL certificates into F5 LTM. I have following certficates;
cert.key.key
DigiCertCA.crt
star_dellcloudapplications_com.crt
TrustedRoot.crt.
Some of old configurations in earlier F5 versions are;
profile clientssl CLIENTSSL-www.mydomain.com {
defaults from clientssl
key ""
cert ""
chain "VeriSign_Class_3_Secure_Server_CA-G3.crt"
}
profile clientssl CLIENTSSL-www.mydomain.com {
defaults from clientssl
key ""
cert ""
chain "VeriSign.SecureSitePro.crt"
}
Now i need to configure some thing similar in F5 LTM. I am new to F5. I trid to configure using F5 management consol. But client SSL profile accept only single chain of certificate where as above configuration has two chain of certificates on the single SSL client profile.
a) How can i go ahead and configure these certificates? Can I configure using F5 management console?
b) I am licensed user to F5, but i purchased through public cloud so how can i utilize F5 support? what should i do to get the support from F5?
Please guide me, i am completely stuck and not able to proceed.
Thank You,
Hari

Regarding a) you should be able to merge the four files into one. Just copy and paste into a single new file using a decent text editor (not Notepad or Word). Then upload and specify that single file as the chain file.
Regarding b) I would assume you would need to obtain support through your cloud provider.
