Configuring alerts (email) in Application Security

I have to make an alert that sends emails when the latency of top requested URL's exceeds 6 seconds.

 

 

This is shown at Application Security -> Overview -> Top Requested URL's

 

 

 

How is it possible? Where is it logged?
