EmployeePlease see what Nikoolayy1 shared about nPath routing if the response packet is not returnd back to the LTM system. If the packet IS returning to the LTM system but on a different VLAN then you will need to look into VLAN keyed connections - https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K13558
