Config Util problems uploading ISO/Hotfixes

Problem -   Uploading files in the config utility was throwing and error right at the 100% complete mark and not showing the file as available for install.       Work arounds - ...

I have had problems - depending on the browser - uploading files. The release notes has a list of supported browsers - Chrome not among them. Firefox 3 is solid for uploading files. If all else fails, you can always scp them to /shared/images
