Config Syncing from Standby to Active
I configured a 90+ Virtual Server on the active device and synced it into the standby device, and then eventually we configured a wrong parameter on the virtual server. I want to edit it on the standby device through the command line via vi bigip.conf and load sys config then save. After I edit it, I want to config sync it from the standby device going to active. would the configsync disrupt the network traffic on the Active device?
PS. the virtual servers configured are not in use.
Thank you!

Hi, It depends on the kind of change you want to sync from standby to active device. If you are adding a member to a pool from the standby, no issues. but for instance you are making a change to the profile settings from the standby device, it might have a little impact on application traffic. what change do you want to make to the standby device exactly?

If you have modified VIP & it is not in use then i don't see any impact. Just make sure you didn't change working VIP profile on standby device.
