HTTP example:

curl -i http://2.2.2.2:8080/docserver/inrotation.html -H "Host: myhost.domain.com"

HTTPS example:

curl -i -k https://2.2.2.2/docserver/inrotation.html -H "Host: myhost.domain.com"
