This fixes it:

 

when HTTP_REQUEST { if { ([HTTP::host] equals "www.soundbite.com") and ( [HTTP::uri] starts_with "/education" ) } { HTTP::respond 301 Location "http://www.genesys.com[HTTP::uri]" } }
