client certificate auth with cert from windows ca

Hi,

 

 

My windows admin has created an internale CA on windows 2008. We would like to use certificates issued by this ca for client certificate authentication.

 

 

But the authentication process ends with the following error:

 

 

"self signed certificate in certificate chain"

 

 

Is this because the wrong ca certificate is uploaded to the LTM/APM? Or is there another problem?

    Hi,

     

     

    Client authentication is working for me on a windows xp machine (in combination with AD authentication). With the same client certificate on an Ipad, authentication via a safari browser is working ok, but with the edge client the ltm says it presented a self signed certificate.

     

     

    I have opened a case for this, I will post the outcome here.
