client / server HTTP POST/GET retry on failure

Is there a easy way to get F5 we retry upon failure to other members in a pool.

 

Take the example simple client -> VIP - server/1/2/3 on port 8080 , lets say tomcat

 

An i'm doing http GET/POSTS to it , all works well and standard, but i send a request and tomcat falls over , 500 java lang out of memory.

 

Can you F5 replay the failed transaction to another member in the pool , and continue this until either a success or you have exhausted the pool
