Jan 09, 2018CLI login not showing hostname after load sys config
Well just trying to know the basics, the device config file was having issues and I managed to fix it by removing the object referenced entries where ever needed. The config file loaded successfully. But post this I'm not seeing the hostname in the bash. But the same is seen in the tmos. And the linux commands like
hostname
is working !!!
How my
.bashrc & .bash_profile
were affected (Couldn't find on my home directory)
I tried copying it from the other server and now its fixed. But how it got removed just by doing
tmsh load sys config
.
Should I need to load the ucs here, because I'm sure its not just affected for my ID ?
