Cli command to find iRule hostname & there respcetive backend server

Do you mean Virtual servers ip & NAME and attached backend servers ? 

I don't know if you can fetch host names from irules using script. 
of course you can log any hostname processed by the irule but I think you need a script to fetch everything automatically >>> I can guide you to do that but you'll fetch VS ( NAME / IP ) also Attached Backend server.
