Citrix Storefront iApp, receiver not connecting
After setting up the service via the iApp, (Authenticating users via APM and proxying ICA but not replacing Storefront), users are able to connect to the Storefront servers fine with their web browsers but not able to setup a connection using the receiver (mobile or desktop) unless the full URL is entered: https://storefront.xxxx.com/Citrix/sso/PNAgent/config.xml. If that full URL isn't entered and you just enter https://storefront.xxxx.com then the receiver prompts for credentials and then asks to select a store (options are internal or sso). If sso is selected, nothing happens, you can ask to login again, put in your credentials but it takes you back to the login screen. I checked in the Data Group list on the F5 and APM_Citrix_ConfigXML exists and has the /Citrix/sso/PNAgent/config.xml so not sure why it isn't working. Any ideas?
