Citrix StoreFront 3.0 supported?
Does the iApp support StoreFront 3.0? The deployment guide "citrix-vdi-iapp-dg.pd.pdf" only lists StoreFront 2.6 as a deployment option. Will the iApp support version StoreFront 3.0, or do I need to uninstall 3.0 and install 2.6?
Thank you...

I am using F5 LTM and APM for Storefront 3.0.1 with 12.x version of iApps. do i need to configure storefront in different way to integrate F5. PS. we do not have NetScaler.
You need to be on the latest 11.6 HF or 12.0 to have native Storefront protocol support

Hello,
this is an iApp limitation or v.11.5.3 HF2 is not compatible with Storefront 3.0.1.56 too?
Thanks in advance

Hello,
I have the same problem. Actually we have Big-IP in Version 11.5.1 and we have to deploy Netscaler and Storefront 3.0.1 with Xenapp 7.6 FP3 Farm with two authentication factors based on RSA SecureID and AD.
What's the best to optimize it. The group demand to use Big-IP to address Netscaler then Storefront.
Have you a solution ?
- François_GOTTI_NimbostratusMy problem also is that I d'ont want to upgrade to V12 now. In 2016 Yes I think. Do you have other solution ? Also I can Downgrade Storefront to 2.5K
- Damien_Solodow_NimbostratusWhat iApp template is intended for use with Storefront 3.0 in BIG-IP 12.0?
- François_GOTTI_NimbostratusI have an other question. I have to use netscaler behind the Big-IP. How to configure the big IP to redirect all on Netscaler. Thank you.

The only version that supports(i.e. works with) StoreFront 3.0 right now is v12.0 that was recently released - so please feel free to deploy on v12.0 with this iApp and report if you have any issues.
- Jo_31162NimbostratusHi Michael. So, 10.2 version can't work with Storefront 3.0.1? Or just the iApp implementation? Thanks in advance

Thank you for you kind response.
I'm not familiar with F5 (it's managed by a different group of admins in our agency). I don't know how to respond to your question about what "mode" I am using.

From APM perspective it should work fine. However, there are a lot of different ways to deploy it. The protocols involved from Citrix standpoint don't change very often between releases but there can be subtle differences in how IIS is configured. Enabling Legacy Mode support in Storefront can also restore the old protocols in case clients and/or APM need to fall back.
What mode are you using?

Hi Lucas,
We are in the middle of integrating Bigip F5 version 11.6.x with Storefront 3.13 (latest) and we would like to know if this deployment will support the BIGIP as the SAML SP for Citrix/Storefront with ADFS/WAP as the SAML IDP
Any issues that you may think of? Any compatibility issues?
Much Appreciated
Manuel
- DavidStovall_22NimbostratusThank you, Jon-Michael...I've not deploy XenApp 7.6 yet. Are you saying that the iApp is included in the Citrix Feature Pack? I should still be able to use it , even though I'm still running XenApp 6.5? David

Thanks for the quick reply. I have no background in F5 - it's handled by a another group of admins in our agency.
Historically, we have "piggy-backed" off a Citrix NetScaler gateway (handled by yet an different group in our agency). All our external users were ported through the NetScaler to our Citrix Web Interface where they were authenticated.
Now they have decided that we should have our external users ported through F5 and have the F5 handle authentication (as well as two-factor authentication (RSA token)). I'm trying to follow the deployment F5 deployment guide.
So does this mean I should uninstall StoreFront 3.0 and install StoreFront 2.6?
Does 2.6 provide what we need to connect our external users to our Citrix environment? Are there any tips/tricks not documented in the deployment guide?
David
