Citrix HTML5 issue

Hello,

 

I developed an APM with application tunnel and webtops. The application tunnel is Citrix type and it work perfectly on Windows 7 ( IE and Chrome). ON windows 10 as well, it works fine on Chrome but doesnt work on IE when we try to open using HTML5.

 

The verion on BIGIP is 12.1.2 . Any suggestions on how to make it work on Windows 10 IE.
