Cisco Unity Message Waiting Indicator (MWI)
Hey gang,
I apologize if this is the wrong place, but it's hard to find the "idea" topic to post this in.
I have a customer who just purchased an LTM 1600 and is finishing up a migration to Exchange 2010. He has the following to say:
Our Cisco Unity servers need to make a mapi connection to our Exchange 2010 environment in order for the Message Waiting Indicator light to work correctly on the users phone. When the unity servers connect to the F5, the MWI feature is completely broken. If however we go around the F5 and connect directly to one of our CAS 2010 servers by just modifying the host file on the Unity server, everything works great.
Any suggestions here? Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks a million.
