Chrome not able to load URL using only TLS 1.2 with SHA256

We have requirement to use only below list . but the chrome(49v) and firefox (45) was unable to load the URL after having below

ID    SUITE          BITS  PROT  METHOD CIPHER MAC    KEYX

60 AES128-SHA256 128 TLS1.2 Native AES SHA256 RSA

61 AES256-SHA256 256 TLS1.2 Native AES SHA256 RSA

do they dont support with URL only with TLS 1.2 with sha 256 ? . i could also see the URL works fine in IE 9
