Chrome not able to load URL using only TLS 1.2 with SHA256

We have requirement to use only below list . but the chrome(49v) and firefox (45) was unable to load the URL after having below ID SUITE BITS PROT METHOD CIPHER MAC KEYX 60 A...

You can take a packet capture of the ssl handshake to see exactly which ciphers are being negotiated and selected. Then perhaps cross referencing that with Chrome support forums?
