Chrome detected as moderately suspicious browser by proactive bot deffence

After upgrading F5 LTM/ASM from v12.x to v13.1.1.2 we faced an issue with proactive bot defense and suspicious browsers. Specifically, when using chrome users were getting captcha response. Even after disabling/removing any chrome extension users still got the captcha response.

 

The workaround was to change the default value for db dosl7.score_selenium_plugin which is 999 to 0

 

sys db dosl7.score_selenium_plugin { value "0" }
