Chassis Power abnormality

Hi, We are using the F5 LTMS 2000s (11.2.1 Build 862.0 Hotfix HF2). The following alarms have been appeared on the F5.

www emerg system_check[22700]: 010d0006:0: Chassis power supply 1 has experienced an issue. Status is as follows: FAN=bad; STATUS=bad.

I have cleared the alarms two days ago. But after two days this alarm appeared again and solid red light is blinking. Although there is no power abnormality issue. Kindly help me is this a bug ?? Or something else. Thanks
