changing syslog destination?

We are in the process of setting up a new syslog destination for all of our central logging. When I change the syslog destination on our F5 appliances, they still send logs to the old server.   ...

We did the change via the GUI. This is happening on multiple appliances but I'll try and run the save and see if it makes a difference.
