changing irule names editing the bigip.conf

FYI - I'm standardizing our irule names by editing & reloading the bigip.conf.

 

I came across this error after dong so, but can't find any good info on the eror cause - any ideas?

 

01070734:3: Configuration error: Invalid create, modify, or delete for rule objects in the root folder. Unexpected Error: Loading configuration process failed.
