Changing Default Pool for VIP - Graceful?

from my experience, F5 usually handles most configuration changes to a virtual server/pool gracefully.

 

i also tested it out, and my connection to the old pool member was maintained:

 

  1. connected to a VS
  2. saw my connection using "show sys connection cs-server-addr " tied back to an "old" pool member
  3. changed the default pool of the VS to which i was connected
  4. the session from my PC did not drop
  5. saw the connection still existed to the "old" pool member using "show sys connection cs-server-addr "
