Here,

 

Login via GUI --> Device Management --> Traffic Groups --> traffic-group-1

 

Select Force to Standby.

 

Or when you login to your GUI, on the top left you would see F5 icon with ACTIVE keyword. Clicking on that too directly takes you to the above mentioned steps.
