does it happen on chrome only?
if yes, shouldn't it be client machine issue?

I tried but still not working..bcs wildcard certificate we have installed in LB is not for that particular customer URL (test.abc.com) certificate is only for *.xyz.net .i believe solution for this we need to rewrite the url using irule on LB (whenever request came with url test.abc.com should be rewrite to test.xyz.net ) which one check first on LB when request coming for VIP certificate or irule ?
