Causes of performance Issues in VIP

Dear Experts,   What are the known causes of Performance Issues in VIP.

Also, if the file being downloaded resides on a RedHat (based) server, switch OFF Nagles algorithm in the tcp profile used.

 

I know this can be more intelligently addressed, but trust me, just switch it off.
