I know it's been a little while since there was any activity on this thread, but if you are still having issues with this check out SOL12248. That is likely the solution for you. There was an issue when a COMPAT cipher was chosen and the client advertised support of the TLS session ticket extension. Corrected in 10.2.0 HF2 and 10.2.1. If not, I'd suggest opening a case with support.
