Can't open GUI utility

Hi All i was trying to access f5 BIG-IP GUI utility page however it keeps saying loading and can't open what can i do and what is the cause?

    Hi,

    I already had similar problems. Can you connect using CLI then enter the following command:

    bigstart restart tomcat

    for information there is no impact on production. this command only restarts the GUI.

    Second point can you modify GUI provisionning "Management (MGMT)" from small to medium or large...
