I would suggest opening a case with F5 Support on this. They'll probably want to review a tech.out from the unit as well as tcpdumps from each F5 VLAN the traffic passes through.

I would definitely try a test with Nagle's disabled on the tcp profile. It's worth a shot - I've seen certain situations where this one setting will fix issues like this.

 

 

Hoolio's advice is definitely good though - I would open a case either way. If disabling Nagle's fixes it, just update the case and close it out.
