Can't create user in F5 big-ip in GUI configuration

Can you provide more information about your configuration?

• TMOS version
• authentication type (local, AD, LDAP, RADIUS...)
• ...

Is there any additional logs in

/var/log/ltm

You might also need to check on /var/log/tomcat/catalina.out log file as you are able to create user in CLI but not GUI

to preslav, i created same user role in gui and cli (role administrator or others) but still not create.

To preslav, I used root user for cli and admin user for GUI to create another user account.
