Cannot reach VIP IP through HTTPS

Hi all,

i need your help to check this issue

i have two VIPs with the same IP service port 443 ( HTTPS) and 80 ( HTTP), both of them has the same pool with members use service port http (80)

when i am trying to telnet VIP IP working on port 80 it returns connected without any problem, but when trying to telnet on port 443 it is not connecting

tried to use curl command too but no result it gives me trying to connect

    This sounds like a firewall issue not allowing port 443.

     

    You should check for a firewall or Network ACL between the client and the BigIP.

    Also check from the standby BigIP (if you have one) as that should be on the same VLAN.
