Cannot ping pool member in VS outgoing

Hi DC Experts,

 

I am having difficulties with my VS setup wherein I cannot ping the pool member is VS outgoing

 

VS Setting dest: any port: any VS Type: Performance L4 Protocol: All Address Translation: uncheck Port Translation: uncheck
