Hi,

the 192.168.1.245 is the default IP address to be assigned as the management IP to your physical/virtual BIG-IP appliance. This looks fine so far if there is no address conflict in your infrastructure.

Can you 
ssh
to the management IP (root/default)?

If you are on the console you can verify the WebUI was started properly:

bigstart status httpd tomcat

If these services are not running (they should by default) you can try to start them:

bigstart start httpd tomcat

Btw, the WebUI is available via https only by default (admin/admin). Perhaps you tried http?
