Cannot create CNAME for domain name

Can you elaborate what you mean by "not reflecting"?

 

Are you searching for the new entry? It is a case sensitive search. .

 

Have you tried to query DNS for the new entry?

 

Not able to add CNAME for xyz.com.

 

I was able to add host.domian.com as a CNAME to www.xyz.com but not able to add it to xyz.com.

 

Does xyz.com exist as an A record?

 

It has to be configured in order to reference it as a CNAME.

do you want to return a CNAME as a response for incoming DNS query (sometimes used as fallback method)?

 

Or do you want the GTM Wide IP to listen for alternative names as well and to respond with an A-record?
