Cannot create CNAME for domain name

Hi,   I am using Zone runner in GTM to add CNAME to domain xyz.com, but it is not reflecting after adding the CNAME record. Can some one suggest solution to this problem?

Hi Sekhar,

 

do you want to return a CNAME as a response for incoming DNS query (sometimes used as fallback method)?

 

Or do you want the GTM Wide IP to listen for alternative names as well and to respond with an A-record?
