Cannot apply for a F5 free trial

I tried requesting a limited license, see below, but it would only allow me to enter 3 of the 6 captcha characters, so I could not submit my request

 

This 90-day trial of BIG-IP LTM VE needs a registration key in order to be activated

 

I am logged into support

 

Enter the captcha challenge, allowed to enter 3 characters and no more, I need to be able to enter 6 to proceed.

 

Submit and comes back with an error with captcha
