Can we edit iRule to inform/force DHCP client renew its IP address ?

Dear All,

 

LTM can perform DHCP relay function well.

 

Can we edit iRule to inform/force the DHCP client to renew its IP address ?

    That seems unlikely. When would you want to do this? Under what circumstances? I think where DHCP is concerned you've got one chance to enforce settings client side, with the initial response and that's it.

    Can we edit iRule to inform/force the DHCP client to renew its IP address ?i think dhcp relay does not involve in dhcp force renew process.
