Can this issue "virtualized amd-v/rvi is incompatible with this virtual machine configuration" impact the license activation for BigIP VE ?

OK I have contacted our F5 technical support person and I got a proper license that worked for me. I am not sure what the problem was. The qcow2 file worked this time. I am using this nested in a Ubuntu VM installed on ESXi6
