Can not find ASM Support ID details in Web UI
Hi All, I have really strange behavior at the moment. Recently some support IDs started missing in Web UI. And at the moment almost all of them are not there anymore.
How to reproduce it - going to:
Security ›› Event Logs : Application : Requests
- Support ID is missing in the list.
If I click on "Show filter details" and search for exact support ID. -> Nothing Found.
- The strange thing is that Support IDs are properly logged on syslog server.
- I can see all details directly if I go to:
https://lb.example.com/dms/policy/win_open_full_request.php?id=8932188905075943760nonExistingAnchor
So they are just missing in Event Log UI but still exist in MySQL and logged properly in syslog.
Any idea or recommendation?
Thank you in advance all.

have you tried looking under: Security - Application Security - Policy Building - Manual Traffic Learning?

What about if you fail over to the standby and trigger a violation? Alternatively reset the Tomcat service or, as a last resort, reset the asm database. See https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K6992
Lots of caveats on the last suggestion though.

Issue was with ASM DB, so after few switchover and reboots between HA pairs. Everything is fine again. Looks like policy IDs was messed up.
