    My advise would be to upgrade to 11.5.4 first and then to 12.1.3.

    Yes. You can upgrade from 11.3 to 12.1.2. Please consider the below-mentioned points before an upgrade.

     

    1. Check iRules --Sometimes you need code modifications on new versions --You can provide qkview to F5 vendor and ask for help.
    2. Check content check HTTPS monitors --Provide qkview to F5 vendor and ask any modifications are required for HTTPS monitors
    3. Perform an upgrade on standby device and verify all application functionality by moving the traffic to upgraded device
    4. Once all applications are working fine perform an upgrade on another device.

    Yes,best would be 11.5.4 then move to 12.x

     

    If you have access to , upload the Qkview and check for Upgrade Advisory. Its very good feature to have a look on known issues before going for an upgrade.
