I do not believe that you can interface directly with the Geo-Location Database (Since it is a Third Party Database) and the only iRule options available for AVR are Enable/Disable.

 

If you want to make your own Heatmaps like what was done by Colin Walker (just do a search for Heat Map on DevCentral) then you could use iRule Data Groups (Classes) to do what you are wanting to do that you can't do with AVR.
