Can Dashboard be accessed through the intranet by everyone?

Our Upper management has seen the Dashboard on the F5 and would like to know if it can be accessible to anyone on our Intranet so they can watch traffic at any given moment?

    I think that it's possible to access the dashboard. I don't have the details though.
