Can Big IP route all HTTP trafic to 2 different appservers?

I would like to capture some metrics on our Production System and would like to spin up another appserver. So for every SOAP request that comes into BIG IP, I would like the SOAP Request sent to both our Production Appserver and to another Appserver.
