Caching issue with SWF files
Hi all,
I have a cluster with 2 Big-IP VE Ver12 hosted on ESXI.For user authentication i use an AD server and i published applications through Webtop. An external user is complaining that every time that he is running a specific application his browser (firefox, chrome,IE) downloads 20MB SWF file and the program most of times stucks .This issue happens only to the specific user and no one else. Any ideas how to resolved this issue?
Thanks in advance.

There is no default caching in LTM/APM, so you need to setup to get that. Do you have AAM module, or webaccelation profile in the virtual server?
There is something called delay binding. As you have an APM policy you must have HTTP profile on the virtual server. Basically, F5 will wait for the full HTTP request, and then will send to the back-end server.
Have a remote session with that customer, and use the browser developer tools to see what is going on.
