Jun 07, 2018There is no default caching in LTM/APM, so you need to setup to get that. Do you have AAM module, or webaccelation profile in the virtual server?
There is something called delay binding. As you have an APM policy you must have HTTP profile on the virtual server. Basically, F5 will wait for the full HTTP request, and then will send to the back-end server.
Have a remote session with that customer, and use the browser developer tools to see what is going on.
